Why would you specifiy "handsome"? If you see ANYONE with a "wardrobe malfunction" they clearly don't seem to know about, wouldn't you want to be helpful by informing them? I know I would. I don't find it too amusing to laugh at somebody's embarrassing situation. And as for well-known celebrities - I think they either might do it on purpose, or they have other people around them who would notice it before any member of the public did.

I'd tell him that his fly was open.....After I laughed a bit.
If he's a well-known celebrity, I'd tell him and start conversation with him.
Then there'd be something to talk about.

I'd do the polite thing and quietly tell him.
Chances are it wouldn't happen to a celebrity because they have enough of their "people" around to tell him. And you wouldn't get close enough to a celebrity to tell him.
A well-known celebrity as opposed to a not-so-well known celebrity? Kind of redundant.

I'd just quietly tell him. And it wouldn't be funny to me. I'd feel embarassed for him. And "handsome" doesn't matter - I'd feel the same about any man.

You stare at it1 Just kidding, if he's someone you know you just tyell him, if not just ignore it , as long as his peepee isn't hanging out. In that case I'd tell him. Maybe.
