You are presumed innocent until proven otherwise. Otherwise many emotional jotheaded people will kill anyone on sight whether proven or not. That is where the usefullness of the law is.
However if proven guilty, thye should never be released from prison ever. Most of them die in prison. This is an interesting fact that the criminals in prison hate pedophiles as much as you and I do. The prisoners killed them in jail. This is just my theory, I believe these prisoners suffered from child abuse themselves. so they hated the pedophiles

Everyone has the right to a fair trial, so no, I don't think they should be shot on sight. However, I do think that anybody convicted of a sex crime against a child should at least receive life imprisonment.

If one would go near any of my grandchildren I wouldn't give a damn about the law.If Ii caught one near your grandchildren I don't think I would give a damn about the law.I'am a hell of a good shot.That would be a good way to prove it. No, that's way too easy. They need to be tarred and beaten in public, and I mean just like they did in the old times. Let the public, the community participate and punish them. They need to be ridiculed and embarrassed for their crimes!

I think they should be locked up and never let out. I think they should have their guilt tatooed on their foreheads so everyone can clearly recognize them for what they are.
