how do you REWARD yourself when you do something GOOD?

This is a good question, I never really thought about it. I think I reward myself by giving myself a day off. I'll cook extra food one day then the next day, I just sit around either having a movie marathon with some good DVD's or I sit and read a book. I know its not that interesting, but hey, it satisfies me! =)
