For me, it's the one in Yu Yu Hakusho's last episode, when Yusuke suddenly shows up right after Keiko screams to the sea that she won't wait for him anymore. She then leaps on him and kisses him (the look on her face!). Time seems to stop, until they're slammed by a wave.

Or in Angel Sanctuary I think it was the second OVA, before Sara is leaving for England and she runs up to her brother to tell him that she is leaving and that she loves him then kisses him. **I know incest EWWW, but anyway**

I really like the one from Yu Yu Hakusho too but i also like when Naruto and Sasuke kiss in like the 3rd ep.

HAH not as cute as Ranma's. Where Ranma thinks or turned he's a cat he leaps on Akanes lap and gives her a kiss. The best so far is Shakugan no Shana its somewhat intresting and good animation and story line.
