Sure:

Go to your local hobby store. Michael's, Hobby Lobby etc.

Buy some foam shapes to make a head:

Oval for the head
Small circles for the eyes etc.
Bits for the ears.
You'll also need some clay to represent malleable plastic.

Build a model head and hold it together with toothpicks. Don't put on a nose quite yet.

Now get a few other pieces of foam and make some different noses. Make a long one, short one etc.

Now you can place the short nose on your dummy. Use some clay to extend the nose like a plastic surgeon would.

Cheap and easy demo.
