I am stuck in my past,people always say" forget it its over" but I continue to keep living there, and it is not allowing me to grow or be a new person.Is it possible to erase the past?

It's not easy to forget the past, specially when you've had some overwhelming experiences that have marked you like forever....I think the best way is to concentrate in your present and live your life one day at a time.

Just don't talk about it to anyone and keep thinking about all the horrible things thye have done to you in the past. You will soon forget them.
