Im 14 years old and my ex-girlfriend is 13. We broke up a few weeks ago, but we have both vaguely hinted at wanting to get back together at one point or another. The only problem is that to me, you can never know whats going on in a girls head so I dont know if she would say yes. My question is: whats the best way to approach her? Should I just go ahead and ask, or be more careful?

Tell her you want to talk about what went wrong and see if there is a chance of getting back to together. You are young and will learn from this experience. If it doesn't work out it will be okay. There are alot of girls out there and plenty of time to date.

13 & 14, too young to be concern with things like this, enjoy your carefree days while you can, not much of those days left for you, you'll know when she wants you back, or oyu can ask her outright and risk a humilated rejection

First go more cautiously, and if she shows any signs of wanting to get back, go ahead and ask.
