like my friends at school eat and eat and never get fat i beleave that when your a kid and you eat and eat and never get fat is because when your older you will gain the weight from all the food you ate when you where a kid. am i right?

sorry you missed the target by a mile. the people you see eat and eat and never get fat are also people that if you were to watch them for 24 hours 7 days a week are much more active then over wieght people.
the last bit of your question is saying the people will end up fat later in life some how the fat will just apear because they ate what you think is lots of food now. no that wont happen.
people will come on here and tell you a bunch of what is called bull #%# saying your fat because of a glandualar problem or its a matter of genitics. all of that is bull%$#%$# / .
you are fat because you and everone else that is fat or out of shape have not learned to eat when they are hungery only . and to eat until they feel full . not eat everything on the plate. there have been more studies on wieght then anything on the planet and one thing keeps showing up . the child was told to finish everthing on the plate..
that is the first key need to become fat.
do not eat when you feel full.
next here is something that will shock you . if you put away the game boy and all the other electronic things you spend time using including this computer for one month you will find that your intire live style will change . you will discover that the kids you see never getting fat are really just the kids that you never see after school because they are outside running playing having fun . wow you will be shocked wieght will just disapear from you .
and you wont have been on a diet at all .
that my dear is the plain truth.

Everyone has a different metabolism speed. Some people can eat and eat and their bodies metabolism burns off their intake quicker than other with a slower metabolism. As we get older, our bodies tend to slow down - as a fitness instructor I have seen many many diets - the one that seems to work best (and you're probably going to find this a little strange) but , the more frequently you eat the better your metabolism will be. Smaller meals more frequently will boost up your metabolism (keep the smaller meals nice and healthy you will be better off) See your body isnt stupid - if you dont eat breakfast or lunch and then just eat at dinner, your body thiks you are starving it - so it holds in the meal that you eat only once per day - because it thinks you are going to starve it again until tomorrow night when you eat again. Where as if you eat every 2 hours it knows it will be fed and will continue to work for you and burn burn burn. I know it sounds a little weird - but it works like a charm!!! Hope this helps!!!

Not exactly. When you are young, you have a high metabolism rate (basically you burn off all the fat you eat being hiper normal kid). As you get older, that metabolism rate decreases, so eating the same things will result in gaining weight. But there are some lucky folks out there who's metabolism decrease is minimal and those people can eat pretty much whatever they want, whenever they want and not gain weight.

some people have a higher metabolism than others. Your metabolism tends to slow down as you get older which is why its easier to eat and eat and never get fat as a child.....and no you don't gain weight later from the food you ate as a child. You gain weight as an adult because of the eating habits you developed as a child.

Metabolism is controlled by physical activity and by genetics.

Your metabolism will naturally slow the older you get, making it harder to keep off the weight if you eat and eat. It happens to everyone at some point in the their life, altough your genetics decide to what effect.

Some teens and children are just genetically programmed to have very high metabolisms, and some have high ones just because they are so active or athletic.

You cant burn calories if youre not doing things with your body.

lol. Some people just have a high metabolism. As you age, it slowly goes down. That is why some people that could eat everything in highschool are putting on pounds in their 20's. Being active alot helps burn off the food so it doesn't make you huge.

People eat and eat because of their metabolism. If you've got a high metabolism, then you won't gain wait. But beware, if you continuously eat like that, your metabolism may slow down and you'll gain wait quickly.

It's all about your metabolism.
A good strong metabolism will enable you to eat all u want and not get fat. With a poor metabolism, one milkshake and ur butt jiggles for a week.

i turned 39 yesterday I'm the same weight i was in high school. for some people it just comes to you that way. i can hardly name anyone from my dads family that is fat. my mother has a very small family her brother is her only living relative. none of them had weight problems from what i understand so it must be in the genes.
