I'm 13 in 7th grade,and my best guy friend is WAY overprotective of me.it freaks me out.
He always has me in check;who's your boyfriend,is he treating you right,I gotta check this guy out....
He has gotten into a fight with my friend Jav'onte who called me his daughter.

I dated him once.
It never worked out.
Maybe he is a little jealous?
he is always telling me he don't want no brothers pushin up on me cause i'm his "snow bunny"

look i have a friend just like that she's younger then me she is in the 9th grade and I'm in the 10th she is always askin about a guy i like and if the guy ever hurts me he is DEAD. well thats what she says. but thats just her way of saying she loves me and that she doesnt want me to get hurt. Just try to think of it as he is your older brother and he is really annyoing

Your friend wants the best for you because he has feelings for you. Seems like he gets jealous when other guys go after you. Your friend 'likes' you. If you know what I mean. ;)

Tell lhim that you appriciate that he cares . but he needs to back off on being overprotective, tell him its freaking you out. and that you might need someone to protect you from him. Tell him that he is not your parents and you can choose to be friends with anyone you want and do it without his permission. good luck.

well its sweet that he cares for you so much.
but sometimes that could be a bad thing
speak to him and tell him politely that u apreciate his concern and care but if he keeps going like this your friendship will soon be over.
