I've just read a question from a girl who lost her mom, and I suddenly want to cry. I'm too afraid of losing my mom. My mom is a VVIP person in my life. She's more than a woman wo gave me birth and raised me. I love her so much, more than anyone in this world. I always want her to be happy. I never say "I Love You" to her, but I know and she knows that we love each other. I never want to lose her, and I always pray to God so I could die before her, because I'm sure that I'll kill myself if I lose her. I sometimes cried at night, thinking of what my life would be if she's gone. Are you afraid of losing someone you love the most? Who is she/he?
Are you as afraid as I am?

I'm with you--my mother--I love my mother so much--she's my best friend--she's the best ever. It is so nice to hear of other females so close to their mom's--hi 5 to you.
Yes, I am afraid also--my mother is so very special to me--it wouls shatter me if something were to happen to her. But, you must keep in mind--as I try--life is life and eventually it will happen. You really need to say the I Love You to your mom--there is nothing more special and nothing more gratifying than to tell her.. Trust me--I tell my mom I Love Her all the time--even when we hang up the phone--which can be 2-3 times a day. God Bless you and your mother.

My grandmother raised me from birth and I always thought she would be in my life forever. I couldnt imagine living without her, until she passed 3 years ago. I cried everyday. I left my job, and I was put on a suicide watch. I felt like my entire world had cave in on me. Til this day I am still depressed over her loss. Its natural to feel this way because we were not created to handle the death of a loved one. Just tell her you love her and thank her for everything she does for you.

This is natural, but as a human being do something for which your beloved shall be proud off at least try for this. Do not think of life and death from your point of view only. How much you cry if some thing goes wrong with your neighboer.

It sdounds callous but being afraid of things will neither make them happen nor prevent them.
Tell you Mum NOW that you love her. Think how much it would hurt her if you did die first...so really it is selfish (but understandable) to want that.
When the time comes...and hopefully it will be years yet....you will have the strength to cope.

Wow, i thought i was the only one who thought of this. i too always think to myself, when my mom passes, im going to kill myself too but one day i told her that and she told me how when her mom died she too threatened to kill herself but then realized that her mom wouldn't want her to do that. whenever i yell at my mom and we get into a fight, i cant sleep that night and i cry and cry because im so angry at myself. my mom is one of my very best friends and i too pray that i can die before her cause i have no idea how i could possibly sit at her funeral. i always say i love you to my mom and i'm very very afraid of losing her.
