they are listed in program files, just can't get into them when i select them

this should work for calculator also.
If you are missing solitaire in windows. To reinstall the application go to Start / Settings / Control Panel / Add-remove Programs / click the tab that says "Windows add/remove components" / next window should say accessories with check mark. click details.
details again,check calculator,click OK. next high light games,click details,check boxes you want,click OK. if boxes were already checked ,uncheck them, click ok..then go back and recheck them,clicking ok when done.

Get rid of windows its nothing but trouble. Save all your files on a sperate disk and clear your hard drive from windows. You will love linux all the programs are free event the games. This system rocks and you will never have to worry about pop ups or losing files or other programs again. Look into it trust me!!

they are moved, do you run spyware removal tools?
Use system restore? Does anyone else use your computer?
any of these could cause them to get deleted, or moved, Try clicking start > Control Panel > Add-remove Programs > click the tab that says "Windows setup" then double-click on the accessories icon then check the games icon, click "apply" and then click "ok" if you cannot find them in add-remove programs, they are deleted, to install them again, go to microsoft.com and re-install service pack II for XP.

try going control panel > add/remove programs > Add/remove windows components.....look for your calculator and the games there. It may not be installed yet
