I just wince, but not at the fact that it'll be dirty again five minutes later, but at the fact there are so many things to do, even if your house looks clean. I don't mind picking up, scrubbing the toilets, wiping down the sink, it's the vacuuming, mopping, dusting, all that other junk that makes a house really "clean" that I dislike.

I wince at the fact that it'll be dirty again five minutes later. My children are three and six years old, and tend to follow behind me dragging out toys. I'm glad my dirt is patient. lol

both.
sometimes when I do housework, its like doing cleaning inside of myself. I have all those imaginary conversations I've needed to have-----the kind you don't want to have in real life, but that help vent all the stuff inside.
and being in a clean house gives me satisfaction. there is something so claustrophobic about a chaotic mess.
other days, the last thing I want to do is get my hands soapy, smell the vacumm scent and stir up dust.
thankfully, usually about when the place needs cleaning... my insides do too!

I actually do get satisfaction from a job well done. Being single, my house doesn't get dirty five minutes later.

I get a lot of satisfaction out of it.
I do housework for a living. I get paid to clean. Gotta love it. Easiest job in the world.

Just wince. My hubby and child seem to "forget" where the sink is, the garbage can, where things go that they get an so on. It is never ending cleaning.

I get satisfaction when I see my house clean and organized, then I get discouraged when I see my dog running around with the a box of Kleenex that he got off the bathroom counter. I know it will never last......

I'm spoiled. My hubby is retired and does 90% of the housework around here. But I'm responsible for the laundry.
