First make sure your scooter is in safe condition, gas and oil in the engine...tires properly inflated.. all lights working.. all your needed safety gear..and you know how to ride safely.. then....
(1) make sure the transmission is in neutral..(2) make sure the gas is turned on..(3) pull or flip the choke on..(4) turn the ignition on, also make sure any engine stop switches are in the on position... (5) hit the start button or use the kick start to rotate the engine...(6) when the engine fires give it a few seconds to warm up then move the choke to half position for a few more seconds, when the engine begins to run smooth open the choke and your ready to ride....be safe...

Andrews49,
I assume it does not have an eletric start. So you will have to turn the ignition switch on, turn the fuel switch on, assuming it has fuel in it. Then there should be a kick peddle for starting the engine. There should also be a choke you may have to pull it on until it starts, then turn it back off. Good luck.
