It could mean alot of things. Did you have intercourse after your period? Could your skin have been irritated? Is the bleeding heavy or not so much? Are you stressed? If you're experiencing any heavy cramps you should call your gyno or go to your local planned parenthood. It could be just an irregular period (happens to the best of us). Or, it could be something important- a quick call to your doc is the safest way to go about it.

If that's your only symptom, it's probably nothing to worry about. Do you also have cramps, bloating, IBS-like symptoms, etc.? If not, I suggest waiting and watching - it would be a good idea to record that this is happening now in case it happens again. But if you have any other weirdness going on, call your doctor.

Hi there,
Are you on any bc?
Or stressed out lately?
If it is just spotting I wouldn't worry so much, but it if it gets full blown like usual/or lasts a long time I'd call your dr. just to be safe.
I've had that happen before where I think it's gone and then it surprises me a few days later. It's not much to worry about if it's light, it's just a pain!!!
:)

A lot of women spot betwen periods. Sometimes getting on birth control pills will help to control your cycle so you don't have bleeding in between. Your best bet is to see your doctor and rule out any problems. Best of luck!

i think its normal.. that's what my periods are usually like
they go on for about 4,5 days, then nothing for a day.. and bleeding again for a couple of days.
if ur on the pill, and forgot to take it.that might be another reason why.
i dont think there's much to worry about but speak to your doctor anyway
