Happens all the time. Mostly in the Eastern and Western States. More southerners stay with thier own. Me? I say foreign women know more about pleasing thier man and being loyal than Americans.

Most American Women are so hung up on themselves, it gets pathetic. However, I find them to be the most attractive, well, I take that back. There are a lot of beatiful women in this world. I just want to meet some of them.

You know any in the Baltimore area? Beautiful women that is!

I don't think many see this as a problem. However, anytime one crosses cultural, ethnic, religious, and national boundaries to get a mate-it does cause problems for them. One serious problem we see is when American born and raised blacks marry blacks that were born and raised in Africa. The cultural and religious differences cause severe strains on relationships. Our cultures are just too different.

I am the 'girl' from England that a man married, an American man. We now live in America.

i am constantly being reminded about my origins - England

I m often told by STRANGERS: "Hey, I luuuuuvve your accent." So I reply, "I got it on eBay" or some such rubbish. In England one does not make personal remarks!! Will they never learn?

But I am the 'victim' of inverse racism. . .they think toooo highly of me, JUST because of the 'nice' accent. Soemtimes I tell them that 'Actually, I shoot songbirds and eat them - why do you think so highly of me when you do not even KNOW me??'

Anyone else had this happen?

I truly believe that americans are the most liberal in the sense that they have no problem marrying someone outside of their country. Alot has also has been changing, about interracial marriages it has been much more prevalent lately. Hope this answers your question.

Nobody I've ever met worries about that. If you marry someone from outside the US, you just do and it really doesn't end up being a big deal.

I have no problem with that, just as long as you are happy, and in love, who cares what country your mate comes from.

I do not believe that 99.9%-100% of Americans would care.
