i am no fashion kind of guy and i am not sure if i even understand this question. here is the thing the more that is bare the longer the stare. if you want to be seen and desired by men then wear a mini skirt and forget the pants

honestly where i live that is out of style. why wear a skirt with jeans. just wear the jeans or the skirt. jeans and skirt will make u look like u just threw ur clothes on yourself.

very fashionable but your have to get the proportions right, if you are petite wear a darker colour on top and the skirt preferably same colour and softer drapey fabric,or an assymetrical cut, that way it makes you look taller works for me, if you are tall loose and low on the hips smart constructed fabric like tartans, stripes and textures, if your pear shaped, look for a stronger colour on top, dark colour for skirt, and if you are all woman, with a sazzy hr glass figure lovely white shirt, hipster mini in a dark colour, and definitely assymetric, just think softer fabrics for skirts, other options are leggings, but thats another topic, and the rest would be oo la la! have fun!

No wear one or the other not both together as I think that will look weird. But at the end of the day your the one that will be wearing it

If YOU like it on yourself, just go ahead and do it. But I never liked the idea of wearing *unnecessary* things in the name of fashion.

that sounds ugly: trousers under skirts never looked good to me
you should wear tights under a skirt

nope, tacky and to weird and out their, you could wear a jean skirt w/ tight black legging though.

euch no! Thats just wrong!! Even wearing a dress over a pants is pretty rotton unless you're really tall and thin.

I hear the UK is pretty "out there" with there clothing this year. Probably would work for you.
