He probably didn't want a child because he wasn't sure if he wanted to spend the rest of his life with you or not. Marriage is not looked at the same way anymore with all of the divorces now days.

Some people are just like that - they never want kids. I know plenty like that and plenty that shouldn't have had kids. There doesn't have to be any one reason why someone does not want kids, it is just how they feel - that they were never cut out to be a parent. That's just how it goes. However, don't be surprised if further down the road he meets someone, they fall in love and get married because it is possible that with the right person, they can do a total 180 on the having kids thing. Trust me, that's where I am at now (me being the one who previously, from the time I was a kid, did not want kids of my own).

A social employee would be chosen to move your son for you. In the eyes of the legislation, he has each right to peer his son. He may be an idiot with an anger administration drawback...However he is an fool who still holds his parental rights and if the courtroom enables him visitation, then they'll also appoint a baby case employee to take you're son there and again if you're now not willing. And he might have a case. He wasn't jailed for abuse against his son, even though you could probably be competent to get any person to testify that your baby going to discuss with will damage him one way or the other; in which case, the courts could decline his request.

there must be a reason why he is now your ex husband.
Couples should be in agreement when it comes to having children, but reality, some are not.
What do you want? A marriage where you and your spouse compromise, desires the same things? Only you can chose what you want out of a relationship. You have the power to do such.
