No. the rate at which liquids freeze is dependent upon their physical property known as the heat of fusion. Each substance has a different heat of fusion. This is he energy that has to be removed from a given mass of substance in its liquid state at the freezing point to change into the solid state at its freezing point.

the heat of melting is the opposite of the heat of fusion and is the heat that must be added to change something from the solid to liquid state at it's freezing point.

There is also the specific heat capacity which is how much energy has to be added or removed from a given mass of substance to change its temperature 1 degree.

The specific heat capacity of a liquid substance will be different that one that is in a solid or gas state even though it is the same substance.

No. Liquids have there own unique freezing points. Alcohol, for instance, has a much lower freezing point than water (gas, oil, too, I believe).

That's why you can have antifreeze, windshield wash, etc in your car and it doesn't freeze in winter.

I think your question is possibly a little unclear. Do you mean "freeze at the same temperature", or, "change temperature at the same rate"?

Although those are two different questions, the answer to both is "no", due to variations in density and molecular composition.

No...didn't you ever see some one with a bottle of Vodka in their freezer? I don't have one personally, but I know alcohol freezes much slower than say water. I wish you good luck with your science fair project!

No, just as all liquids don't have the same boiling point

No. Neither do they have the same freezing or boiling points.
