I believe, possessiveness of the self is the cause of anger. Being over protective about yourself leads to depression as you tend to start to EXPECT things to happen and happen in your way which is unrealised and seems normal. Unless "the truth" is understood the depression manifests itself to frustration and further down to more depression or hyper-tension which shows itself out as anger or sorrow.
When faced by a problem, stand in front of a mirror, you will find the problem and the solution.

The real cause for anger depends on the individual because what might irk someone may make someone else burst out in laughter. I'd say though that whatever the individual feels is just not acceptable causes anger.
How to best control it, I'd say give yourself time to process the cause of anger and find ways to deal with the given situation rather than exploding instantly. We are usually more reasonable after thinking our actions through.

Anger as I see it, is developed when we do not get what we want.
Say I want to make some one accept something that I WANT, and no matter how much I try He /She does not see my point of view. ... What I feel at that moment (only for that period of time) is a desperate feeling to some how or other try to make, He /She see my point of view. When I still fail Then anger takes control of my reasoning, And I loose control of my mind..... When that period of time has lapsed and my mind is occupied by some other thought ANGER is over come and I get back my control of my mind.
To control it Best option- take a deep breath.
To control it Best option - Leave that place at once, saying it is not possible to convince all, And He / She is not in the best frame of mind to be convinced.
Next Best option - Change the topic as soon as you sence that He / She is getting angry , at least you can still have a friend.
To control it Best option- let go of the deep breath and the feeling of anger with it.!!! Feel better !!! live longer!!!

Anger is an intense emotion. Control is essential. I believe the beat way to control anger is to remove yourself from the situation. If that is not possible, try to have empathy (fellow feeling) for the one causing the anger. Try to imagine their side of the situation and although you may not agree with it, give them credit for having the inner strength to voice their opinion or take action in a matter they feel strongly about..

Anger is produced by something that is within a person. Deep anger that is not resolved, only continues to become worse as time goes on. One needs to seek the root of the anger, take actions to address the root causes, seek spiritual or professional counseling. Unresolved anger produces violence over a period of time, causing crime, domestic violence, and more. Anger is also a good thing, when it is dealt with in the proper way, and not allowed to stay unresolved. Anger can motivate us to do productive things in our society. Healing occurs when a person, to truly ready to deal with his/her anger issues. Left in not dealing with anger, well, anything can happen. Look at society, violence is out of control, people are killing people every day.

The real cause of anger is that you let yourself feel it - nobody makes you angry, it's your response to something. It's only really a problem if it's your dominant reaction to any news or anything unexpected or if you let it boil up into rage. The standard things you read her, like counting backward from 10 can work, as can things like stopping and recording your angry outbursts during the day and reviewing their causes and intensity. Awareness is the first step to taming the anger monster.
A friend of mine once told me that animals that are angry at the food dish are angry only for that one moment. They don't care even seconds later. Only people can turn such a small incident, a tiny threat, into a longer term grudge.

I'll give you a philosophical take from Aristotle. For him anger was a natural sentiment and in exceptional circumstances, it was a tone of command for listeners. He also said that when angry the person becomes rational and blurts out the truth. There are too many causes and most of them do not hold water but the cause that is most proximate to reality is aggression to the self and provocation by total irreality/irrationality when it comes from those you know well.

Anger is usually caused by frustration. It is a natural human emotion but one must not be conquered by it but one must conquer it. A man can only conquer his anger by accepting things he cannot change and doing something about things that he can improve. If still he does not succeed, then he just have to focus his attention on other things to channel his anger into something worthwhile and beneficial.

It is the protective state of our mind. When we feel hurt by other's actions - either hurt mentally, emotionally or physically, we are tempted to react or reply.
You should control anger otherwise you will be controlled by anger. It means you will lose your image, health and balanced state of mind.
Just shirk your head away from the person hurting you. It will hurt him more than ten times

i will attempt to make it easier. 4 planets have been at ninety levels to one yet another (solar in maximum cancers, Saturn in Libra, Pluto in Capricorn, Uranus in Aries). Saturn, Pluto, and Uranus in sq. component to one yet another are confusing sufficient first of all, however the solar's circulation into maximum cancers has achieved what we call a grand circulate. for this reason, if a chart have been drawn depicting the region of the heavens, a huge sq. could be shaped. in addition to, the Moon in simple terms eclipsed the solar, including to the stress. very almost all and sundry would be laid low with this finally, with some component to the natal chart being brought about. The eclipse, case in point, befell promptly opposite my natal solar. And whichever planet is in component to any of the factors of this grand circulate ought to be "gentle" for a at an identical time as, this stressful potential being felt lower back while touched by employing yet another planet. Have staying power, for this too will pass.
