whenever i try to download updates on spysweeper it says theres firewalls on it, how do i take them off??? plzz help becuz my computer keeps losin its internet

go to your firewall settings - control panel > Windows Firewall > Exemptions tab.
Add Program - add spysweeper to the list of exemptions.
