You will need a 5/8 crow foot and mabe a swivel, also a open end wrench to hold the fitting on pump, so you don`t twist the line into.

Hmm, I swapped a 454 out of a 1976 Suburban and placed it in a 1985 P'up or substitute into it any incorrect way around? i think of I in simple terms used the the '80 5 pump and have been given a clean extreme stress hose. one way or the different i got here upon one that greater wholesome. there is greater beneficial than one determination. The hose could no longer seem comparable (fittings) in spite of the incontrovertible fact that that's going to greater wholesome as in screw into the pump and the kit field. do no longer shrink your seek to in simple terms one kind and twelve months. those GM pumps have been in autos commencing from a million/2-ton to 40-ton, 18-wheelers. The kit field is distinctive once you get into the bigger autos so there is must be some mixture and tournament of the hoses. If that's the return hose you ought to use any "plumbing" connection to hook-up the hose to the kit field on the grounds that there is not any stress concerns. i've got got here upon some odds and ends at those old time hardware shops and or in the engine cooling sections in motor vehicle factors shops. There are transmission shops that use the comparable "plumbing" products too while something gets stripped or regardless of. sturdy success! P.S. examine with LMCtruck in case you won't be in a position to piece it jointly alongside with your sources.
