You're doing great! Congratulations! Everyone is different when it comes to morning sickness. You're two ultrasounds have given you all the info (and most accurate) you need to be assured your pregnancy is healthy. Don't be concerned.

Definately okay!!!! I had morning sickness for 3 of 4 pregnancies that lasted 6 months each time! If you feel better, rejoice! Just be very careful with what you eat now, because it could haunt you for the rest of your life. Eat very healthy, Carrot and celery sticks throughout the day, stuff like that. Be especially careful now because of the holidays and all the great foods that you don't overeat. I can't stress this enough. My first pregnancy was free of sickness and I was so hungry that I ate and ate and ate. I ended up gaining 65 pounds in the process and have fought with that for the last 11 years.
Sorry, I got off point. Although you have heard it's usually 12-15 weeks, the key word is "usually." No 2 pregnancies are the same, and I'm sure everything's fine.
Good luck to you and your little one. Have a Happy Holiday.

I got morning sickness from about 5-6 weeks till 8 weeks..and like you suddenly I felt a lot better. I was lucky that it only lasted about 2-3 weeks. Well, I'm currently 32 weeks pregnant and the baby is fine and healthy thus far! So hopefully that will help put your mind at ease. Be glad that you're feeling better too! Good luck!

I was the exact same way. My stomach sickness went around by 8/9 weeks and my boobs stopped hurting. Everything I'd read indicated these were bad things, and I was still three weeks away from getting to see a doctor. But at 12 weeks everything was fine. By your 9th week, your HCG levels will start to level out therefore allowing you to feel a little better.
heh don't jinx yourself yet though. While my stomach sickness went away then, it came back all the same, if not worse around my 14th/15th week and lingers a bit now at 25 weeks.

Then you're one of the lucky ones....yes, normally the nauseous feeling will stay for a few more weeks, like for me, it stayed on for almost 2months that I've lost weight. I didn't throw up but always felt quesy.
Rest easy...it's nothing to be worried about bcoz each pregnancy is different. I would be thanking my stars if I were you. As long as your doctor said everything's okay, then everything's fine.
Maybe your baby is very comfortable in there, and likes everything that you're eating...
Congratulations and all the best.

When I was pregnant with my son I was never sick at all! not even once, I wasn't even quesy! Everybody is different just because you didn't feel sick until your 12 or 15th week doesn't mean that anything is wrong, but check with your doc when you go back just in case more to ease your worry than anything else.

I think that you should say a little prayer to thank God for making you feel better and enjoy it... I have been preggo 2 times and been sick the entire time with both... I would love to be able to eat what I wanted when I wanted it!! Good Luck!!

OMG! You had TWO ultrasounds already! And you are going back to the doctor in 4 days!!!! Seriously where I live they don't even make a first appointment until 10-12 weeks.
I was going to say there is nothing to worry about if your morning sickness goes away, it could be back, it also could be that you have learned how to prevent it. But it sounds like you are having an extremely high risk pregnancy, so you should call your doc.

Wow you're lucky! I was sick throughout my WHOLE pregnancy, up until the day my son was born! I know what you're saying about how "morning sickness" usually lasts for the first trimester, but I don't think you have anything to worry about. Everyone's pregnancy is different, it all depends on how your body handles the hormones. I would mention it to your doctor, but I don't think you have anything to worry about, it's nothing to call your doctor about immediately or anything.
