Vinegar and milk certainly contain water. Vinegar is a 3-4% solution of acetic acid in water. Milk is a biological fluid derived from the blood, the liquid partion of which is water. Ink, on the other hand may be water based...sometimes. However, the ink in a Sharpie, for example, is not water-based but instead uses an organic (carbon-containing) liquid as a solvent.

yah and here are instructions - freeze the liquids and youll see that when it melts there will be water
