If you're 5 months, you should have gone to the doctor at least 3 times by now. Go to the doc, get a blood test and set your mind at ease. If you've had a miscarriage, you would know it. You would bleed and the pain would be so bad you can't stand up straight.

Go to your OB/GYN. You should have already done it when thinking about getting pregnant. They will verify if you are pregnant or not, no ultrasounds, amniocentesis, check ups on you, and give you folic acid pills (so baby doesn't develop spinofibida). Dollar store tests are really not that accurate, they are a dollar so that should tell you something. The accurate ones in the store are 15 dollars. Just go to the doctor and they will give you a blood test, the results can be in the same day. If you did lose the baby or were not pregnant and you do try again to have a baby, start taking folic acid pills before pregnancy. It is really important in the baby's growth and development. Goodluck!

If you have gotten a period in the last five months then you are Not Pregnant. Why dont you just go to the dr. If you are pregnant wouldnt you want your baby to be healthy? By the way you would be showing by now. I dont care how skinny a person is, by month 5 you would know and you would also feel the baby move.

You need to go to a Dr. and have a blood test to be sure. It is not good to be 5 months pregnant and don't know it and didn't receive prenatal care thus far. Nor is it good to end up in the hospital at 9 months pregnant and didn't know it. Get the blood test to be sure.

You need to go to the doctor and get a blood test, and also stop buying pregnancy tests at the dollar store, if you cannot afford to buy the more accurate ones, then you probably can't afford to take care of a baby. Buy condoms, they're cheaper then a baby. I'm not trying to be rude, just trying to get my point across.

first of all have you had a period every month if so its more than likely you are not. you didnt mention this so really we cant say if you are or not.
and why have you waited until now to ask such a question.you should of gone to your doctor straight away.
sounds like you are an immature little girl who wont be capable of looking after a baby coz clearly you cant look after yourself.
i hope you arent pregnant and that next time you keep ya legs crossed unless you do actually want a baby

Yes, my little sister found out she had HPV shortly after finding out she was pregnant (she was 16). They lasered them off and told her that the virus would never go away so she should get rechecked periodically. HPV is known to cause cervical cancer. Four years after her baby was born, my sister had a pap smear that came back abnormal. They found pre-cancer cells. They removed those with a laser and has had normal pap smears since. However, it is something she must keep her eye on and get pap smears every six months. Just keep up with good medical care and you will be alright. It won't affect your baby. Good luck to you and congratulations on your pregnancy!

My first pregnancy, I had my period for the first 2 months, AND I didn't show unitl month 8, but still you should go to a doctor, because your baby NEEDS prenatal care and also, you'd probably sleep better knowing if you are or aren't pregnant!

Why on earth have you not called your doctor and asked them this question?? If you are 5 months you should have well already been going for check ups and then you wouldn't be here asking yahoo if you are still pregnant. Please, go to the doctor immediately, we can't answer that question for you and I wish I could. I know how scarey it is and that you want to know that everything is okay. Go and get the answers you need and good luck!
