It is 9"x13" and only has three sheets of paper inside. I can find postage rates, but I don't know the exact weight.

3 sheets of paper in a normal size 10 envelope would be regular 39 cent stamp for domestic mailing within the USA. I'm not sure if using the larger envelope incurs additional postage, but I'll check.

OK- Here's the USPS postage calculator. I would guess that your envelope weighs less than 4 ounces (which is 1/4 pound), so I would enter that number...

Put a ruler on a pencil, so it looks like a scale. Place 2 quarters on one end of the ruler, then place envelope on the other end. If the envelope tips the quarters it will reqire 2 stamps, if it doesnt tip, 1 stamp.

Use 4 stamps that should be enough! The minimum for a regular letter is 81 cents

Where are you mailing to?

US= 4.05
Worldwide=6.00

3 Days, regular post rates for US for Large envelopes.

If you still don't know, check your post office and they will help. They also have scales.
