Yes, I've done both at different times.

That would be my P. E. teacher on the last day of school. He called me by my last name only and told me to hurry up. I walked straight over to him and punched him just as hard as I could square in the face. Lucky for me, he was shocked and did fall off center.

He saw me as a very solid rock after that.

Good thing I never had him as a teacher again....it might have been difficult.

I don't like being other peoples stabilizer. They tend to rely to much on me to keep them up and they need to do it for themselves.
