The Linksys wireless G network adapter series is one of the better choices. I have had one for a year and a half now, and haven't had a single problem with it as of yet. It works with my DS and the wii.

Well any wireless router will work with both. The cheapest i found on websites is $19.99. Or you can get a nintendo wifi conecter that fits in a usb 2.0 slot in your computer. They nintendo wifi conecter is about 39.99 but it is highly recomended by Nintendo i think.
