it depends on wich sell your item form your using(new / old), but click on sell at the top of your my ebay page then it should show you a sell your item button click that then it will give you the 2 options,if it doesnt there will be an underlined title asking if you want to use the other version, you do need 5-10 feedback before you can use buy it now though and you might need to redo your listing sorry hope this helps

You can be a new user and do a buy it now. You would just have to choose this option in the very beginning. It can be a little tricky since it is an auction site but here is how to get around it

Here is the step by step answer: Go to sell TAB, select category, you will then be prompted to create your listing. Under the "How you are selling" tab, put the same price in the "buy it now" tab as the price in the starting price tab.. Whala!!! Once someone bids, the auction is over.

You must have a feedback rating of 10 or more (or be ID Verified) to list your item in a Fixed Price listing with a quantity of one. Or if you have a PayPal account, you need to have a minimum feedback score of 5 and accept PayPal as a payment method.
