Do you get extra game completion percentage if you beat a race or championship in both A-Spec or B-Spec modes, or does percentage in completion count only for races won?
Also, does the number of cars you have have anything to do with game completion?

percentage in completion only counts for the # of races that you win. Also if you want to raise your percentage a bit do the challenges they have.
And the number of cars you own has nothing to do with game completion.
