thats a hard issue. i dont know were she lives but go to a lawyer maybe she has rights for something else. Also she should start a business or work.. she will meet new people and she will move over from that man faster being independent

She needs to get a lawyer. He should be paying her a heck of alot more than that if he abandoned her. He still has a legal obligation - regardless of his lack of respect. She has a right to 1/2 of his assets - including the house. She should not suffer financially as well as emotionally because he's a louse. Get a good lawyer and screw the bastard to the wall. He deserves it.

I say that she divorce him on the grounds of adultery and that she ask for spousal support. He is a low life sack of sh*t!
