This may seem strange...but I am a 14 year old girl and I can't figure out what to ask for this christmas! My parents keep bugging me to think of something, but I'm having trouble. I am an intelligent teen activist. I am a science buff and somewhat of a nerd. I like art, video games, and outdoor activities. I don't like any typical girly stuff (jewelry, make-up, ect.) and I don't want to just ask for "money" or "a gift card." Any ideas on what would make a good gift?

P.S. Merry Christmas!
And - I already volenteer at the local animal shelter. Volenteering is a good idea, though! I encourage everyone to volenteer this holiday season.

Go to www.gifts.com. When you get there, you can use the shop by personality option which lets you pick whether you are a man, woman, teen, girl, or boy & then it will take you thru a series of questions to get an idea of what kind of person you are. When you get thru that a lot of gift ideas will pop up. Even if you don't find exactly what you are seeking, it'll help get your ideas flowing. Good luck~

Since you like video games:
Nintendo Wii
PSP
Nintendo DS Lite
Personally, i'd go for the Nintendo Wii. And if your into this a 4 GB Ipod Nano, or 80 GB Ipod Video.

Ask for something that goes with your scientific interest such as a microscope. Maybe a annual pass to a local science museum or Art Gallery. Art Books and of course there's video games or X Box. Merry Christmas Niebla...

I remember a birthday when I couldn't think of anything either. So I asked my parents to donate the money to charity. It was a pretty good birthday, so if you're into giving, why not make a strangers Christmas better.

Depending on how much they spend on you, ask for some kind of game console. A Nintendo DS, or gameboy micro, gameboy advance, PS2, Gamecube, XBox. And if you already have one of those ask for a few games for it.
