protons and neutrons... electrons mass is negligble

Subatomic particles are so small it doesn't make sense to measure their mass in grams so a smaller unit of mass is used called an "atomic mass unit" or AMU.

proton = 1 amu

neutron = 1 amu (its actually just a tiny bit heavier than the proton but the difference only matters if you are doing nuclear reaction calculations)

electron = 0 amu (it does have mass but it is so small compared to the proton and neutron that you can ignore it if you are not doing nuclear reaction calculations).

That means almost all of the mass of the atom belongs to the protons and neutrons.

protons and neutrons, which are both located in the nucleus of an atom. The nucleus would actually be the heaviest part of an atom though.

In theory the neutron is supposed to be heavier that the proton. (depends who you ask, different theories I guess) They are most of the mass of the heavier elements because of number.
