I tried freewebs but i didnt like because it went slow does anyone know any other free sites?

you could always google this phrase "free website" or "free website template"
there are a lot of websites that gives free websites to users.
such templatesbox.com freesitetemplate.com and many more. you can find it if you google the phrase

I know AOL has a free website.. Yahoo charges about a dollar or little over per year.. I believe(you might try it) that 37.com also has a free website

Check with your internet provider. Most come with a free site. You can also use yahoo 360 or myspace.
