The pop up asked if I wanted (or didn"t want) something about Dell supporrt. I mistakenly clicked the box that said I did not want it. Now I can't find my email messages at all. What to do to get that back???

Sounds like you should have read morecarefully, but I have no idea why it would hide or delete your e-mail.
Maybe you better go back to Dell Support (with caution), get with someone on their "live chat" and explain your problem to them.
I have found the "live chat" support to be very helpful at times and they are very nice.

I am lost.. sorry.. I do not know HOW they could have been lost.. Did you try closing down and then re-opening to see if they were there? I do NOT see how what you did(noted in your question)could have affected your messages?????
