Without a doubt, the two go hand in hand. You cannot have one without the other. My father is the King of Dilly Dally, so I should know..

You guys are just too silly. I'm going to give this question the serious answer it deserves.

You can dally without dilly, however you can't dilly without dally.
But you can pick a dilly anywhere at all.

And I stand by that.

Au contraire. Not so fast my friend. Dairy Queen has a Dilly Bar but no Dally Bar. Probably because if you dallied, the bar would melt.
