I'd like to edit my question to include civil unions. Gay Marriage is a broad enough topic that I didn't word my question properly.

In which states are civil unions legal between homosexuals?

Sadly at this point I don't think that it is legal in any state - Maybe Massachusetts, but am not sure. There are alot of things to work out first - right now if two hetero people marry in say Michigan and move to North Carolina they are still married. Most states are trying to get that law changed so that they don't have to recognize a gay marriage that is legal in another state.
