Mamata Benarjee is the most popular politician in West Bengal. But she lacks tact and cunningness like left and also far behind them in using muscle power and misusing official machinary. Both Congress and BJP tried to exploit her, but finally served the cause of the left. She is the only powerful regional mass leader in the country with out having any stigma of narrow caste and corruptness. One may differ her political line, but can not dispute with her concern for the people. The only LION that exposing the rude left in the West Bengal.

Mamata Banerjee's antics might desire to be seen interior the context of political opportunism. Mamata Banerjee has no political hobbies interior the Narmada Valley and it would make little political experience to combat for the displaced on behalf of the NBA. while, in Bengal, she has her finished political occupation at stake and needs to seize extreme interest after being pushed to the threshold of oblivion interior the final assembly elections. Medha Patkar is a highway-fighter with not something to lose and not something to income from her protests. She fights to lend a voice to the detrimental displaced people. there is an old maxim that is going - No kitchen is sufficiently vast for 2 women people - i think that an identical applies to politics. Mamata or Medha, Nandigram or Narmada; the winner on the top of the day is DEMOCRACY.

Bengalee has become communist. Now there is no return from that. A race which was leading India once is trailing behind every one yet they dont realize that world has changed communism is out dated and has to be thrown into Bay of Bengal.
Mamta wants to be just the chief ministwer of bengal and nothing more. In fact today there is no leader worth the name to do good to the people.

She has a point and a valid one. It is just that she gets too emotional at times and takes decision on sheer impulse. If she had worked the way Mayawati works she would have got larger base. But no matter how scattered she seems she is grass-root leader and an honest one.

She's getting good support. Left government is over confident for their rule of 25 years.

It's the same people who waived their flags in last 25 years who are being bruised now means farmers. So Political Parties are like ELEPHANTS, you never know which side they will take. Better keep away from them.

Her whimsical attitude landed her in this soup. According to me, the biggest mistake in her carrer was to resign as the railway minister. She is guided by emotions & as we know emotions and politics doesn't ply along.
