Too many water changes are not good for fish. It does not give the water time to mature to the correct level of nitifying bacteria. Have you checked your ammonia levels?

Lessen the amount of water changes and change the filtration device to a sponge filter(lower current).

Another thing that people don't realize is when mixing female and male guppies bought from fish stores, you are most likely mixing ones that have been cross bred (many times) with other types of guppies. Sometimes when breeding those guppies, you end up with a batch that will not last.
Another possibility is, if this is the first time for her to give birth, the fry will be weaker and that coupled with your filtration device and water changes could be a prob.

But for now, just cut back on the water changes, and change the filter

With my guppy fry I don't even use a filter I just use an air stone. When you do water changes don't do them too often (unless something is causing you to) and don't change all the water.

If you have gravel in their tank I would try to take it out (this can be hard because fry are so small) Then I use the air line that blows bubbles into the aquarium to siphon out the nasty old stuff off of the bottom of the tank.

Add aquarium salt made for fresh water fish....you can get this at petsmart...walmart.... or petco. Fry are so small its hard to see disease....this is help if there is any.

They do need a heater and actually fry do better at about 80f it helps them grow faster.

Your feeding sounds good. Fry empty their belly's every 20 mins (you do not need to feed this often) But I would suggest trying this....Cooking and egg (boil) and taking out the yolk once its done cooking and take a corner of the yolk and mash into a paste with small amount of water. Make sure you get out all the big pieces and feed it to your fry once a day with a dropper or just a small amount! They love it and its good for them.

Big fish love it also!

For one cut down the filteration. Guppy fry do not do very well with high current of water being pushed around the tank. When my guppy fry are in there 20 gallon tank I only use a air stone to circulate the water. No filteration but I keep the water changes consitent. I will only loose between 8 and 10 fry.

Your water changes should be very 2 weeks. Also depending on how you breed your fish, your guppy fry can be very weak to begin with and aren't strong enough to live..
