There's 360 degrees in all quadrilaterals....so, you add the three you know together:
45+87+124=256
Then you subtract that from the whole (360):
360-256=104
So the 4th angle is 104 degrees
(This is probably an irregular polygon, or an impossible shape, judging on the size of the angles too, but the math is right, so if the kind of shape doesn't matter in this problem...then ignore that last bit there)

The angles of a quadrilateral must add up to 360, so subtract 45, 87 and 124 gives 104.
Think about a rectangle or a square each angle is 90 degrees. Four times 90 is 360.
