As you know our president is a bachelor, the first lady is next to vice president's wife.
She is the wife of Honb'le BheroSingh Shekhawat !

Whatever may be the constitutional point of view, in practical terms it is Sonia Gandhi, if we accept her as a `women'. When Indira Gandhi was prime minister the then Indian Express editor Frank Morris commented in his editorial that only `men' in her cabinet is Indira Gandhi. His view was that other ministers are only dummies.
