Yeah, go to the clerk of the court where your child support was ordered and show them your marriage license. If that is too distant, call them and inform them and send a certified copy of the license.

Did you mean that you remarried each other or other people. If you married other people, then of course you have to still pay her child support, those aren't his kids unless he adopts them. I don't know of any state who would stop them just because you both remarried. I can't believe you men who father children and don't want to help support them. Don't you care for them at all? Now come on fella, would you want to support some other guys children? Food, clothing, schooling, and the rest, not to mention the medical bills. I hope they never find out how you feel about them and supporting them.

No. Child support & alimony is for harpies who got what they wanted out of the marriage and still want the cash without giving up the gash. You're back in the saddle, so she's got to give up the extraneous hold on your wallet.

Yes, their is something you can do, go back to court and file a petition to have the child support suspended. The two of you are back together married, of course. Go to the bureau of support and ask them what and where. Good luck and God bless****

Take your new marriage certificate back to child support court. You may still need to pay any back support, but I doubt it.

She can't collect alimony from you, but she CAN collect child support UNLESS the new husband adopts your child or children - then you would be off the hook. Ultimately though, its the courts decision.

I would think you should still pay to support your own kids unless her new husband adopts them. But then again i don't know much about child support or divorce.

listen I'm gonna say this one more time.
WHEN YOU GET MARRIED BY THE STATE, IT IS A CONTRACT THAT YOU SIGN THAT GIVES THE STATE POWER OVER YOUR ASQ.
THE BIBLE TELLS US TO HAVE GOD BE THE POWER OVER US NOT MAN.
your screwed, deal with it. or go on your groveling knees and ask for a divorce, again by the state.
everyone doing this are fools and deserve what you get....
