It will never emerge. The biggest hurdle is legal issue. Unless there is a resolution by the state assembly nobody even the so called Mother India Made in Italy before whom all these congress goons bow Sonia also can not do any thing. As long as YSR is there as CM it is impossible. Sonia will never drop YSR because both are Christians. Telangana is only a good horse which always pays if riden by good riders like Chenna reddy, KCR and list goes on.

Division of India into provinces based on languages began with Andhra Pradesh! Now, AP people want to sub-divide that province. Maybe one day they may want to turn each district in the state into a separate state!
Best solution, restrucure the entire nation presently partitioned as provinces into EIGHT administrative regions with each having an Administrative Council (presently Legislative Assembly) in each province, to be supervised by a National Administrative Council (presently the Parliament)!
