V does not have any super powers. He is just motivated by the pain and the hate that he has burning inside, Vendetta. He is a hero for the common man.
Silver Surfer was a normal man from another planet. He gave himself to Galactis to save his planet. He was then a villian finding planets for Galactis to consume. He came to Earth and confronted the Fantastic Four. He then changed sides and defeated his creator, Galactis. Now he is a hero.

no the hero in V for Vendetta is just a human being. But is stealthy.
Silver Surfer is suppose to be a superhero, but from what I know I've seen a few comics where he was a bad guy - joining up with Galacticis.

V doesn't have any super powers. He's a sort of anti-hero.
As for the Silver Surfer, I don't know what he's done lately that could ever possibly MAKE UP FOR having helped Galactus kill all those people. I haven't even heard that he repented or asked for forgiveness.

I believe V does have super powers similar to Captain America. No, Silver Surfer is a cosmic superhero.

According to the dc wiki the Batch 5 experiments increased Vs reflexes wikipedia says the same thing but mentions strength as well.

No V doesnt posses any super powers.He's just disfigured cuz of a fire accident..you get it when u watch the movie..
and silver surfer?He used to be a bad guy but then he became good..right?yeah..

I'd be like Batman. I'm the hero that Gotham deserves, but not the one it needs. So I shall either die a hero, or live long enough to see myself become a villain.

And your second question, i can; Silver Surver was (sort of) a villain. Because he has helpt Galactus destroy thousands of worlds. But not so much by choice. Ultimately he finally set him self free.
He's a hero now.
