Accupunture is a unique strategy to reroute affliction...normally there's no affliction however there is usually a tiny bit from time to time. The needles are quite a lot of lengths and probably the most affliction you'll consider is while the needles are grew to become just a little - and it isn't a consistent affliction. Each individual's affliction tolerance varies - you may also no longer consider any affliction in any respect. During cure calm down or even sleep just a little - which is helping the cure be extra powerful in the event you don't seem to be aggravating and maintaining your frame aggravating. After cure there's no left over affliction and you'll consider very cozy. It's a unique option.

Acupuncture does involve small amounts of discomfort at first. Remember though that the basis of acupuncture is to relax and heal your body, but with all holistic techniques, go with what works for you. For instance, I was once told by a herbalist that although lavender is supposed to be relaxing, if you don't like the smell it won't work for you. I use that concept for everything. So in short, if you have a fear of needles, acupuncture may not be the ticket for you. The fear may overcome the positive results you stand to gain.

Depending on where the needle is inserted, it may hurt a teeny bit. The only real pain or ache I get is when there's a big energy block that's being cleared, but that goes away pretty quickly too. By the end of the session, I'm always very relaxed and happy.
Believe me, any discomfort you may or may not suffer is far outweighed by the benefit :)

Well since you are afraid of needles I have some good news for you.
There is no credible evidence that acupuncture even works. So don't do it. There is also a risk if infection at the puncture sites.
Save your money and alleviate your fear of needles at the same time.

It shouldn't hurt. The needles are literally finer than a strand of hair, and if the acupuncturist is good then it shouldn't hurt. You may feel an odd sensation where they place the needles, and you may feel a small amount of pressure.
Nothing to be scared of!

The needles are ultra fine and hardly hurt at all. The benefits of accupuncture far outweigh the tiny level of pain. If you really cant bear the needles try accupressure.

It does not hurt at all, the acupuncturist usually inserts a needle into your pain centre pt first which is on your hand. I am a total whimp about these types of things but this was like a miracle in reducing my pain in my neck.

If I was afraid of needles that the last thing I would do is become a human pin cushion. Even one shot hurts.
