Yup!
We've got a lovely male receptionist where I work, just as efficient and good at his job as the girls. Also several male temps doing admin work and several permanent admin guys.
If you can do the job, what's to stop you doing it just as well as the stereotype?

Work is work no matter what job it is, as long as you receive a pay check. Men can do receptionist or office work if needed as part of their job description.
