2) Iraq
3) Iran
4) Russia
5) Venezuala
Can anyone see americas problem here??
Also.. the oil in USA in the rock shale.. i heard that was a load of crap made up to improve the value of the US dollar and put down ward pressure on oil prices.. the fact is even if they did find it.. it is unminable at present in any case .. so they should not have even mentioned it.. half the world is full of oil.. but it is unminable.. only proven minable reserves count..

Believe it or not, its in the western part of the United States! Its in oil shale - rocks, and is not yet quite cost-effective to mine, but its getting there. Also there are environmental issues - do we strip the land from entire states just to get at the oil shale?
