Its looking a lot more likely now that NASA are pretty sure they've discovered evidence of liquid water on the surface.

No bug-eyed monsters I think, but certainly something like bacteria at least I would hope,

I guess you mean if life can be supported on Mars!
Well, right now: no!
But as Professor Martin proposed about 25 years ago, we could prepare Mars's environment, which is rich in Carbon Dioxide, to change this into Carbon and Oxygen, starting that way the prospects for life!

Yes Radhika, There are 2 approaches for this. One is 'life' exists all over the universe - and man does not have the particular sense or sense organs to establish the same visibly.
Atom is lively and the electron revolves around the proton and nucleus. Earth has life but in different shape, and we human born from the earth or soil itself - would you accept.

Yes because scientists have found water on mars . But what's the use ????? Only people like Bill Clinton can go and stay on Mars .

I think you mean is Mars supports life. No it doesn't. Not the carbon based kind anyway (like us). No atmosphere, no vegetation, no water.

I think No. It's very strengh that we dont know about nearest planet what about the stars in 13,000,000 Light year!!!

u know Wat i think....????there is life on mars.u may think i am mad but i can think there are many intelligent life forms in mars.and our spacecrafts cannot detect them because maybe they have an invisible forcefeild or they are hiding underground???or else they don't exist
