Yes, I do think so, and the worst is the "scissors in the head", which are applied by all too many journalists who like a cushy job better than the truth.
In other counties it's even worse, if you dare tell things that are not agreeable to the mighty you could find your life under threat.
And the mighty in the US are still afraid, why else would they ban Al Jazeera from their satellites?

These times for journalists require their abilities to manage so well and in a smart manner so that their reporting can be discreet and their objective can be achieved and the times and the advancement in technology allows them to be smart enough to be self protective in a manner that they achieve the twin objective of reporting on sensitive matters and be protected too.These are,so to say,interesting times which are managemeable with necessary support and common sense.The times are not worst but manageable.

i dont think so...i think its the return to clinton speak....too many people are willing to believe the pelosi diatribe that there is a quick fix to jihad...when someone really wants to be sold...all the liberal media types have to do is sell them. it really doesnt matter if its true to the media as long as it sells.
