Yes. We are returning to the states from our base in Japan to visit my family. The tickets are $3000 a piece! Not only do we get to spend time with family back home, but I'll get to pick up my three little dogs and fly back to Japan with them after the holidays. My dogs will be my Christmas gift in my apartment in Japan - all year long - making my apartment home.
I've had to give up the last few months paychecks for this, but my family and taking my pets back to Japan to make it feel like home are well worth the $6000 this Christmas.

No, I have family and friends to celebrate with at home. People that go away for Christmas are just selfish and/or lonely. Home is where the heart is.
I'm not broke at all "tripper" (snigger). I'm on Level 5 and you're stuck all the way back on Level 1. (By the way, if you're going to send me an offensive email like you did, don't be a coward and close off your email, okay? At least have the nerve to hear my reply.)

I'm a Canadian, abroad in Japan working. Since I'm by myself anyways, and have the time off, (and it will be much warmer!) I'm going to Australia for Christmas and New Years.
