As far as I know, no one in particular, in isolation.Intuitively, I may venture to answer by citing 2 scientisis from your list : 1]Dalton and 2] Niels Bohr.Dalton is useful for understanding valency bonds of fundamental particles and Bohr is cited freequently in popular science. This is not an academic answer.

the rutherford's since it is like the compilation of the rules of all the other models except it is more precise and it has less flaws

u can find its explanation in chemistry book of ninth class the book's name is-lakhmir singh's chemistry book.DONT ACCEPT ANY OTHER ANSWER AS I AM 1000%SURE ABOUT MINE.
